Integrity Pest Management, Inc. serves homeowners, businesses and government entities who are interested in keeping their home or work environment safe and preserving the value of their property. The successful candidate for this position will be focused on developing new business.

The Successful Candidate Must Have:

  • - Previous service industry experience calling on homeowners and businesses in a competitive marketplace.
  • - Demonstrated ability to secure new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals and other related activities.
  • - Impeccable customer service skills, effective listening skills and above average problem solving abilities.
  • - A clean driving record with the ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
  • - The ability to quickly learn the concepts and industry-related technical information of the pest control industry.
  • - The ability to function smoothly in a small, family owned business where everyone pitches in to get the job done regardless of their job title.


The Successful Candidate Should Have:

  • - Experience attending networking and community events and developing referral sources from third parties.
  • - Professional demeanor and appearance, articulate and accurate communications skills and strong closing skills.
